We partner with local and global logistic companies to ensure you get the better service possible. 

You may be able to choose different shipping profiles when ordering your items. Each shipping profile will have an estimated delivery time, and you will be able to choose the profile that best suits your need.  *You may have access to limited shipping profiles depending on the destination of the delivery.

Dispatch

Please note that while we may hold stock of our most frequently sold sim racing accessories, the majority of our items are printed to suit the client's requests, and may take between 1-3 business days for us to produce and dispatch your order. If you have any custom request, please get in touch before placing an order.

 

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must follow the criteria below:

  • Unused

  • in the same condition that you received it. 

  • All Parts & Additional hardware that may be included, should be returned to us in the original packaging.

To ensure all returns are handled fairly, we will inspect whether:

  • Products may have been used

  • Products that have been lost or damaged

If our terms are met we will issue a refund to your credit card. We may require you to provide us with additional details to process the refund (i.e. Payment or Contact Details).

Shipping

Shipping costs for delivering or returning the items are non-refundable.
The buyer will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return the items.



Import Responsibilities: If items are purchased outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for any customs handling fees or import charges imposed by their jurisdiction. While GStudioG LTD may collect taxes on behalf of the buyer, it remains the responsibility of the buyer to comply with the import regulations and tax laws applicable in their jurisdiction. GStudioG LTD shall not be liable for any additional charges incurred due to customs duties or import taxes.
